Teenage Dream - Katy Perry

I just painted my nails. So, I thought I would make a quick post! :)

First, I used China Glaze Purple Panic Neon.

I thought it was a little plain. So, I added OPI's Teenage Dream. 

I used this polish before alone, and it chipped off very easily alone. I figured a base polish underneath would help. My prediction was right! I absolutely love it together! So, if you get Teenage Dream or Last Friday Night - buy a base color. You will be much happier with the results!
